If we identify duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information current. If any of your details change, you should update your account profile promptly or contact support.

Standard withdrawal requests are handled within normal processing hours. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

• Your account balance must reflect sufficient cleared funds before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. General bonus rules that apply across all 288bet promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying conditions have been met (e.g., a qualifying deposit has been made).
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

For live casino games, the decisions made by the dealer and confirmed on screen are final once the game round is closed. For sports betting, settled odds at the time of bet placement are what count — subsequent changes to odds do not affect already-placed bets unless there is a clearly communicated price change window.

• All game outcomes are determined by the game software or live dealer process. 288bet does not influence results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, unsettled bets may be voided. Any stakes for voided rounds are returned to your account balance.
• Sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. Cricket bets follow standard international cricket betting rules. PSL bets follow league-specific rules where applicable.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your selection carefully before confirming any wager.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 288bet platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on 288bet, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the review is complete. We aim to resolve account reviews as quickly as possible. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and any pending activity will be processed normally.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel you are spending too much time or money gambling — please make this clear when you contact us so that we can apply appropriate safeguards rather than a standard closure.

288bet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
